Strongs use of state-of-the-art Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines deliver high levels of accuracy and reduces production time. With the use of two large scale CNC machines (one of which has a 5m cutting length), whole vehicle sides can be cut from one sheet, allowing us to deliver excellent quality product and short manufacturing times. These machines deliver accuracy of +/--1mm on Strongs larger products. Our large scale CNC machines are complimented by 4 smaller CNC machines which can produce small parts, allowing flexibility in both design and manufacture.
