Our products are designed to suit individual battery plate sizes and are manufactured to provide a fast and reliable first charging of the plates.

Formation Tanks are manufactured in a fire retardant Polypropylene plastic. This is a major safety factor to the plant in the event of a fire and this was proven by Fiamm UK Ltd in South Wales where a major fire was averted using our products.

Other key design features include improved battery performance; a reduction in lead shavings; easier integration; reduced cycle time for the manufacturer; harder wearing and longer lasting and with our integrated lids, extraction requirements are reduced considerably.
