Strong’s are pleased to announce the recent addition to our plant of a single sheet Shelly Vac-forming machine.
We are now able to offer an efficient service to customers from tooling design and manufacture to finished parts in small, medium or large batch quantities.
The vac forming process involves the heating of a sheet of solid plastic, which in turn is vacuumed onto a mould that can be either male of female in form, and cooled into the final shape.

Platen / Frame size: 300mm x 200mm up to 1900mm x 1100mm
Form Depth Max 500mm
(Subject to material type and thickness.)
Material thickness: 1mm up to 8mm
Material Processed: PP, PE, ABS, Styrene or co-extruded sheet
